CLICKER TRAINING for dogs is a method of teaching your dog new skills or behaviors using a clicker and positive reinforcement. A clicker is a small device that makes a clicking sound when you press it. The sound acts as a marker that tells your dog exactly what they did right and that a reward is coming. Clicker training is based on the science of animal learning, which shows that rewarded behaviors are more likely to be repeated. Clicker training can make training your dog more fun, effective, and humane.
